I had the best experience with Dr Swati, very welcoming and kind. if you want a non painful wisdom tooth removal, she is your Dentist, I highly recommend her.

I had a bad experience with Dr Swati’ s Unprofessional receptionist and they are so rude. I was never told that after seeing the doctor, I should book my next appointment at the reception. So now the was busy with a serious surgery on my teeth and I can’t even eat. She gave me an appointment for Thursday morning, only to find out the receptionist booked other persons on my booking. This is very unprofessional and unacceptable.

I did not have a good experience here, firstly I waited almost an hour when i had a confirmed appointment.

I would not recommend Dr Swati in my opinion, she came off as almost impatient and irritated with me, she cleaned my super sensitive teeth without taking into account the pain and bleeding gums, i choked on water and blood while she did a miserble job cleaning my teeth, even pushing the little X ray piece into my mouth so hard – This was an experience I would never want to repeat

She is literally the worst dentist on the East Rand and that is medical aid money wasted on her and that place!

I went to her based on positive online reviews and realized that perhaps she treats every patient differently because the way I was assisted is certainly not acceptable.

If i could rate her service and my overall experience, it would be -0
