The opening time on the window and on google is totally different to their actual opening time, Its not consistent nor communicated to staff. Staff is incompetent, lack of communication between collegue as i am just told on my arrival that the doctor only starts at 9:00am but i was booked for 8:00am app. Im a first time patient but i dont think i will refer anyone to utilise their service. There are no follow up sms to confirm appointments, im dissapointed.
Dr Ogundipe is absolutely exceptional. She is thorough and genuinely listens and cares about you and your well-being. She is very knowledgeable and makes you feel very comfortable. Highly recommended
Doctor 30 minutes late. No call to advise she will be late. No consideration.
