This is THE best community pharmacy we could have asked for. Yes, it is busy at times but it is worth the wait. The staff are all friendly and accommodating and you feel as if you are part of their family. I would like to specifically mention Busi and thank her for her support and empathy. You have a winning recipe at Rviera Pharmacy and please don’t ever change it, Louis.
Al die jare hierdie apteek gebruik vir my ouers, my kinders en my kleinkinders, na vandag (25 Junie 2024) gestaak! Moenie telefonies navraag doen nie, Louis het geen geduld, wat gaan word as ons al 4 pasiente opdaag vir behandeling waaroor my navraag gegaan het!!!! Die apteek is dan so besig …..
Was there yesterday, very disappointed stood and waited in a line just to ask someone to help me with an wristband alert for my gran, only to be told i should wait for someone else. In the mean time about 5 people behind me were helped by said person. After 44min of waiting I decided to leave. Very disorganized and unprofessional
