Lol.. this place is a joke. It looks nice from the outside. The reception is okay, once you go into the consultation room😭it’s a mess. There’s no privacy. 3 people consult in one room divided by curtains, you can basically hear what the next patient is saying 💔and when you talk you start thinking of the fact that they might be listening to you also. We were helped by some guy I think he’s an intern, the guy didn’t know what he was doing 😭😭😭😭I’d went for an antenatal checkup and had to ask him for a scan which he did not do and told us about the gynae instead

Took my baby for immunization and was impressed by the warmth I received from the receptionists, the nurse who took her time to help and explain things, and everyone working at the clinic. Good Customer service is key in every place of business and Boy they master it. Love it. 🌸
One of the slowest medical practioners ever, a five people line feels like a 20-30 people line. Once a patient gets out from seeing the doctor it will take a whole another 30 minutes for the other patient to get in while the doctor is just sitting and doing who knows what she’;s doing.
