Worst experience with Dr Maryke Wessels. It was my first time at the center (11 April 2024) and I asked the receptionist for a DR who is good and friendly towards kids and her response was, all our Dr’s are good and very friendly, yoooo, my experience was the total opposite…..
I was taking my baby in and Dr Wessels was as cold as the weather was yesterday and she was not listening when I was explaining baby’s medical history and I realized she was not listening as she kept on asking same questions over and over.
She was not friendly at all and my baby kept on crying and the only expression she was showing on her face was that of irritation.
I wish I had read the center’s reviews prior to going for consultation as I would have requested a different DR.
Would not recommend Dr Wessels, we spent so much money and time consulting, around 5-6 times in a month, and she couldn’t even diagnose the issue nor did she refer us to a specialist. Eventually when she did refer us to a specialist(very last min) it was too late, we lost our family member. We trusted her for years.
