Utterly no help. Receptionist laughed in my face for not understanding the precedure of setting an appointment and asking simple questions.
Definitely encouraged my opinion of doctors being as waste of time and money. Multiple expensive tests after I clearly said I thought it was something else, was told to wait for the results then we can look into other causes only to be called back 5 days later by reception to say blood tests are clear. NO FEEDBACK, NO FOLLOW UP MENTION, NO CARE! Because the doctor said we can let you know there’s nothing wrong. (Why would I come in then??)
If I can recommend- use any other doctors/ hospitals outside of Louis Trichardt!

Best doctors I’ve ever had in ltt. Been with them for 13+years. Great for individuals and family’s.. N great choice of 3. They are also part of the soutpansburg pvt hospital so extremely convenient for those who would rather use the pvt hospital. You can’t go wrong with them
