Worst service!!! I’ve never seen such rude staff members , your behaviours are very bad..You think you doing us a favour by assisting us.. You really need to be taught customer service
I went to the clinic 2 weeks ago to take my son who had rash. Sister Celeste was very helpful, she gave be the best service I had ever had in a clinic, I felt like I was in a doctors room. She is the best🌷keep up the great service.

The poor service everyone always talks about is something i personally experienced today, I dont know what system you guys use but after being in line from 5am and being brushed off when asking questions is really annoying. I now understand now why people always complain. I left the clinic without being assisted and im going to try again tomorrow but for sure i am going to be turned back for missing the date I was allocated to be there. Can someone give us clarity as to why an public service place miss treat people.
