This place is a joke…. service is nil here you are at the mercy of the staff. 4 Administrators on lunch since 14h00 and no assistant, why would admin staff all take lunch the same time,no management here
Not happy I came to the clinic two days in one week with my 7 year old boy the first times I told the nurse my son does not feel well she just gave allergex I’m back and now I must wait two days latter
This clinic is a playground,we wait for way too long, today (26/03/24) I have a very swollen eye. And I’ve been waiting since 13:00 and no assistance till 14:30. There’s an elderly woman who has been here for at least more than 4 hours she has not received assistance. There are mothers with fragile babies ,and no assistance is given to them. I don’t even know if my eye is contagious or not but I’m being made to sit and wait what if it’s contagious and could potentially affect babies or others. Government should look into this. The level of inconvenience caused . If it’s a emergency,does someone have to die first .😠 They work with friends who pay themm I was inside and this nurse called and said they may come in .. The closing time on Google is 6pm but they close at their desired time. This clinic is what is closer to us but the staff attitude and treatment is nonsense close this place down. It’s useless to have people who work and think they above us,they think they doing us a favor. If this reaches the health department…my words of advice is do better.
