I’ve been at Mshiyeni hospital since 11am today and until now I have not received any help doctors are just walking around nurses are busy on their phones this is not right we can’t be treated like this as community
This is the worst hospital ever. Patient care is none existence. Most staff members are there just because they get paid to be there not because they care about the patients well being. Nurses have no humanity whatsoever, I am so disappointed. It’s so sad to see a loved one being in hospital but not being treated right. Our public medical system is so bad.
Honestly I say avoid this place I went there the other day with a referral letter I had a bartholin cyst that was extremely painful I couldn’t sit or walk no one even willing to really help we got there at 5am on arrival they pushed me all the way to the gynaecologist my thoughts were what about a file a nurse said no they will help you there any ways to there be told no I had to go open a file when I told them I was told to come here they actually swear me and told me go open a file so my fiancé left I sat waiting he went to go get my file sorted and I kept waiting as I couldn’t move the doctors then came in he asked me what was up I told him he asked where is my file this was at 11 am told him my fiancé busy trying to get it eventually he saw I was in pain this was around 12 he pulled me and said come let’s get it done cool he helped me but what ever he did he hurt me more then I was hurting already it’s been a week iv gone black and blue down there have like white lumps and a ball that hurts like hell I still cannot sit my body hurts I can bearly move even they do not actually really care at all and this is sad honestly I can keep going on and on about this but there is a lot more he did then just that only after my op was done was my finance given my file to come and get me the doc was alone in that room with me and everyone refused to allow me to have my partner with me through this process why is that even aloud it’s unprofessional lady’s all I say is please be careful take another women with u and demand they be aloud in the room with u
