Dental treatment was ok, but dealing with the receptionist made it very frustrating and likelihood is not to return. She gave wrong spelling of address, as a result wasted so much time trying to find the practice. Then invoice Completely incorrect and despite 4 emails requesting it to be corrected, still waiting for my invoice.
The practice needs to either train or reconsider choice of receptionist/ admin person.
