The worst service delivery I have ever seen. My relative has been here since around 11am. Was attended at casualty around 15h30. Sent to X rays, waited for more than an hour for X rays to be reviewed. It’s 17h17 now and I am still waiting. Surely something needs to be done and urgently so.
My wife wrongly diagnosed. Her diagnosis showed ulcers. She was admitted to hospital. Spent 4 days. Administered a drip. No scans were done. No proper tests done. She was discharged and sent home with medication for a condition she didn’t have. Took her to another hospital. They ran test after test scans and revealed it was a urinary tract infection. How can “qualified” personnel diagnose a patient wrongly. The administration of the hospital needs to catch a wake up. You are dealing with people’s lives here. Take your job seriously if not leave the profession
