I’ve been rating Swartklip hospital the best. Professionals until i went to casualty on Friday afternoon. Without even asking me what is wrong they just said i must wait at the waiting room because they are busy with shift change. I waited from 18h00 till 19h00. I’m very disappointed i tried to explain myself but the nurse didn’t want to listen and just said i must wait at the waiting room.
