The worst experiences I’ve ever had and at a place where you are supposed to get help in an emergency. The weekend medical staff (Silvia and the male nurse) will rather leave you to die in a emergency than help you. I was covid positive and in bad shape, I went to this platinum health clinic in lydenburg and these two people chaced me away as if I was a leper, not even willing to phone the ambulance to take me to the hospital. If the covid cordenattor did not call the ambulance to take me to hospital I really don’t think I would have survived.
Doctor are absolutely reluctant to help and arrogant when proven that he’s not doing his job to follow up with patients and try to resolve any pre-existing conditions.
Claims that my dad “is one of those people that is making his job difficult” ,by contacting him daily for the past 6 days awaiting results on tests never even submitted for review.
