I came in at 8 this morning for an emergency procedure. The dentist only started at 9 but the first appointment of the day was booked for 8 o clock? I waited patiently for 3 hours in the dentist queue, only to be told I have to complete forms. WTF… why was this not mentioned at reception when I came in at 8? Its 11:22 I already completed the forms, with all the typing errors on, OMW. With that being said the dentist himself is very professional and very good at what he does. So thanks to him for making my expetience worth the wait.
