Horrible experience, the male chubby receptionist ignored me showing his colleagues his “fav car” on work computer . The other lady even helped me instead after helping someone else. I even have a video of him ignoring landline calls. I mean someone could be dying out there and you don’t answer emergency calls. The service is always wack . The lady from auxiliary room is always friendly and some of the nurses too . The receptionists don’t even smile. The cold treatment is a zero

HORRIBLE AND DISRESPECTFUL SERVICES!!!… got here now and the nurse on duty said I must sit there while talking to a friend outside… certainly there is no difference between a public clinic and private particularly BURGERSFORT PLATINUM HEALTH… they treat us like we don’t pay for their service.
