Horrible place. Worst experience. Staff have their own agenda and it’s not to help the sick.
Waited for almost 2 hours for a chart for my son’s immunization until the baby clinic closed. We were turned away. Staff are extremely rude. Not helpful at all. Very frustrating experience.
Make old people stand outside for hours. Security uses bad language to people. They have no respect for people wanting help. I’m surprised at the way the place is run. No one there knows how to threatening humans. This place should be closed down.
PATHETIC SERVICE.
THE Baby clinic were you go to get children vaccines done, the nurses there have no respect don’t know how to treat people.
My child was crying they were passing remarks that this is no place for children to cry threatening me to keep my child quite or I must take him outside.
They fail to realise we giving them jobs and they are not doing us a fabour
