I just want to commend the CEO of the hospital, Ms Malinga, in the way in which she handled a complaint someone I know lodged.

Ms Malinga was quick in responding and professional in the way she handled a volatile situation (in my opinion).

She sure is a peacemaker in my humble opinion and in my books.

It is no wonder she is the CEO of the hospital. She knows what she is doing, she knows how to do it and she does it very well.

I was in awe at how Ms Malinga handled the whole situation as I expected an emotional explosive situation from the complainant.

Ms Malinga diffused the situation from the get go with compassion, knowledge, insight, understanding and wisdom.

Thank you very much.

You saved the day M’am.

The hospital is very bad, i found my brother on the floor when i was visiting him today, no one was there to get him up or anything, its cold and he was on the floor, its like they are waiting for him to die, i cant believe this, its bad

I would just like to express my disappointment in the treatment I received from A DR. THAMAE on the 9th October 2023. I had been to the clinic and the sister gave me a referral letter to take to the Doctor at the Hospital to give me a repeat prescription for my Chronic medication. I was called to the desk by Dr. Thamae, and told to just take my file to the Pharmacy and get my medication. I proceeded to say that I needed a seperate prescription for ZOLPIDEM /Sleeping tablet, which I take to a Pharmacy and pay for myself. She slapt my file saying that this was all she could do for me. I tried to explain by showing her that it is one of the medications I am on , but she kept on slapping my file and saying THATS ALL SHE COULD DO. So I came away without my repeat script for the ZOLPIDEM.

This is not the first time I have received bad service from one of the Doctors at Parys Hospital. I have met previously with the head of the hospital , but unfortunately the person in question, it was their day off. She did apologize to me. But she shouldnt have to on their behalf. I thought they should be TRAINED TO BE MORE POLITE AND UNDERSTANDING towards anyone who comes in.
