Utterly disgusted and appalled by the head nurse’s behavior. I took my 6 year old here to get the meningitis shot or to check if she’s up to date as we lived in the states and their immunizations are different.
1: The admins staff were great
2: The assistant nurse/person was ok but lacked certain knowledge
3: The head nurse that sits in the office is extremely rude, entitled and just plain down horrible. I was trying to ask and show them the state’s immunizations and she looked at me as if she wants to puke, mind you I’m 8 months pregnant at the time and she kept saying in an annoying tone: “Just sit down mommy!” Every time I’d get up she quickly tells me to just sit down like I’m a darn child. I’m so tired of our country and it’s government institutions treating us like we’re sheep/beggars meanwhile it’s our right as citizens and tax payers to receive these services.
Don’t go into. A career that’s people oriented and you have no people skills.
Ay the end I asked if my daughter was up to date and they annoyingly said “yes mommy!” Turns out the government doesn’t supply the meningitis shot, I found that out at a Private clinic. They could have just said that, they didn’t bother to look at my papers etc. Just pathetic, I then asked where on the card does it show as meningitis is still blank and the nurse just said it’s there not giving me the time of day. She must be moved or something but given our country’s state, it will only get worse. I’ll never ever go back here where I’m treated this poorly. The foreigners get it even worse 🙈 I’m Disgusted. Nothing works in this country any longer.
They love thier lunch breaks and chit chats too much. People have other places to go and they wasting patients time.
The service is always slow and very unorginized and unbothered.
Shouldnt even be getting any stars at how slow the service is.
If they dont want to work give it to those who really want to work and attend to people
