Completely unprofessional staff, would rather shout at a patient than be understanding and helpful. I would give 0 stars if I could. The fact that they have the energy to be rude, is beyond me, who goes into medicine and somehow thinks they reserve the ability to be mean? They need to take a look at the morals and value they are meant to uphold because this kind of behavior is just disgusting
