Netcare Sunninghill Pharmacy

Tried calling them 7 times in the last 2 days on 6 different numbers including getting transferred via the hospital only to have a 30sec conversation be abruptly cut off again. Tried calling back, no pick up and no one calls back either. I have given up.

I am on crutches without help to collect my repeat script. They don’t have a delivery system. Had I known this I would have taken the script to a pharmacy with the necessary service and competency. Never again!!!

Terrible pharmacy. I send a script by e-mail and after 2 days, I went to collect, only to be told that the medication is not ready. No one could even tell me if they have seen the mail or not. I left my script with one of their pharmacists (Lola or Lolo) and she assured me that she will prepare it herself. Four days later I called to check if my prescription is ready and it was NOT!!! The guy I spoke to (Tawanda) could not pick up anything relating to my script on their system. He promised to follow-up and call me back. I am still waiting….

These people are terrible. There are never enough pharmacists on duty, and the few that are, are sooo lethargic, slow and disinterested in everything.

Yet, while standing in the queue, you can hear them laugh and joke in the back office

This pharmacy is definitely not open until 22:00 as stated on Google and their website… Or the pharmacists decided to have an early night

Not much to say about this pharmacy, the Clicks part is good, but as for the management of the stock, and following up on short orders…….. Not very good
