Motshidisi Bohloko's Review

July 8, 2019

Horrible experience after a c section, 12/06/2019. This is were you are expected to be well taken care of considering the fact that you just had a major surgery. During my 2nd night @ the hospital I was told that they don’t take babies to the nursery they should stay with their mothers. I was shocked to hear that, for goodness sake I’m still in pain and they don’t even bother to ask if you wana spend the night with your baby or not. I was still in pain and oain during that time, I needed to rest. But because I’m a mother, I took my baby with and looked after her myself through the pain and fatigue. If i had insisted on them to take her to the nursery, I’m pretty sure they would have left her crying the whole night. Those nurses at Mulbarton are horrible. They give your hospital a bad name. And every request I had, they responded late. I had to ask over and over ber again. I also did a survey and gave them a low rating, someone from the hospital called to apologize on behalf of their nursing staff. But whatever it’s too late, doesn’t help apologizing now after the damage is done. I will never go back to that hospital nor recommend it to anyone. Horrible indeed. Oh and on my 2nd last day @ the hospital, no one bothered to come clean my ward!!!!
