Thank you to the staff at Ampath who made things clearer on our medical bills especially Minah, thank you Natalie and the ladies at Dr. Pieterse offices for comforting our minds and hearts, a big thanks to Sr. Lucia and all the nurses in ward E for your courtesy and care that they give to my mom, a BIG shout out to Tracy Thompson for lending her ear to all our Concerns. For the past two days I’ve been trying to book an appointment with a Dr at the hospital. Phones just ring and ring – no one answers!! The main phone at the hospital just goes unanswered!! This is absolutely shocking for a hospital!!
Eventually I got hold of the doctors rooms on another number. His receptionist confirmed that this is a huge problem at the hospital, staff just couldn’t be bothered!! Apparently it happens all the time!!
Hugely disappointed in the Linksfield!!
