My Mom was recently admitted and I would like to say a special Thanks to Dr. Vermooten for his Special Care & Follow up via WhatsApp….
I was admitted to the Maternity ward on the 1st of July 2024. All the staff, from admissions, nursing staff and Doctors were excellent. A special mention to the night nurse on my first night in hospital. She was extremely attentive, friendly, thorough,, informative and completely focussed on me as the patient. This was by far the very best service I have ever received from any Hospital. I appreciate your care and professionalism to the utmost!
My elderly parents were both admitted yesterday at the trauma unit. The nusing staff and Drs were excellent. Friendly, thorough, attentive, informative and completely focussed in patient well being. What an incredible engagement with a team of professionals.
This place is truly a nightmare and definitely fits the description of a public hospital, no better than Baragwanath Hospital. I went there for an injury on a Wednesday and was scheduled for a follow-up appointment at 10 am. Even an hour later, I still hadn’t been attended to. The staff seemed disorganized, often working against each other, and the process was incredibly tedious. People who arrived after me were seen first due to the chaotic system. Calling the service PATHETIC is an understatement. Despite paying a fortune for medical aid, the service here is no better than at Bara. Save yourself the traumatic experience and go elsewhere, even in an emergency.
