2nd time to visit the clinic and already my file was misplaced. I had a booked time at 10am, however still Waited 4 hrs, just to be told to go home and bring the boxes of chronic meds before they can issue chronic meds.

For what reason must you go every month for a check up when you are issued with a 6 mnths repeat script?
I found that everyone was very helpful. The wait times was just a little long
