The surgery opens at 8:00am but even after that no one picks up the phone, we have a little one and needs medical attention.
Bad experience, i ended up being hospitalized today due to not receiving chronic medication. I have been enquiring with them for the past three weeks, begging them to please send my prescription to the medical aid so that i can receive my medication, mind you i stayed the whole month without my chronic medication, since that medical aid won’t grant any to be delivered, without any emailed prescription coming from the doctor.
