Your pharmacist proceeded to give me the wrong medication for my child.
The prescription had something written that is apparently out of stock everywhere. Now my problem is how do you not let me know that it’s out of stock and you’re giving me a generic? Pharmacists are meant to be that. And on the prescription it’s written CREAM not ointment but that got ignored too. Thanks to whomever gave my child the wrong medication. The ointment burnt him even more. And in an ignorant tone I was told to go to the doctor to ask for a new prescription. Is that not money? Going to the doctor again for the mess up you did???
Also your assistant pharmacist can be racist. My husband experienced it not once but twice
