I was skeptical as I normally use the common online stores but it was an absolute pleasure dealing with them. Products were well priced and service was amazing. Will definitely order again.
I had ordered cranberries but received raisins instead. I didn’t realise it at the time I unboxed the packet. I put my fruits in containers so when it was time cut the packet and put the fruits into a container; as the fruits fell into the container I noticed that they weren’t cranberries but raisins! I called Mopani to tell them what had happened. Got a call from one of the managers. She was reassuring about getting to the bottom of things. Called me the following morning to ask for information she needed for the investigation to take place. Long story short – she got back to me saying that they could not help me due to the packet being opened. I asked what was to happen, now at that point and she told me I would have to buy it again (item + shipping)! HOW IS THIS MY PROBLEM? I am not the one that boxed the item. I’m furious to say the least. I will make sure to use all but Crossings Mopani. Greatly, disatisfied.
