Such a pity the service here has declined since the sale to a large corporation!
There are too few pharmacists on duty, which means extremely long waits, both in terms of waiting weeks for an order to arrive and in terms of waiting for 30 + minutes to be helped at the dispensary. I used to support Mopani as a locally owned business, but I won’t be coming back here in a hurry.
Today was the last time I ordered from Mopani I’langa’s coffee shop.
The taste of my hot drink is not flavourful. I ordered a Cafe Mocha Belgian Dark Choc drink and to tell you the truth; I cannot even taste my espresso in the drink. The previous time I ordered a peanut butter smoothie. I couldn’t even taste the peanut butter.
The service and people working there are awesome, but the quality of drinks are a 1 out of 10.
A special thanks to Sonto and the many other friendly staff at Mopani crossings for going above and behond to get a special fitting from tommy tippy for my breast pump. They give excellent advise and truly care for their client.
