Happy to share really excellent treatment and care received today. My 7 year old was unwell – the admin team were able to fit me in for a convenient appointment even though it meant liaising across practices to do so. They were able to receive our information telephonically so all the authorisation and admin was done prior to our arrival.
The experience at the practice was equally great. Dr Govender was thorough and attentive, have careful explanation of the next steps and what to expect.
We left feeling much reassured. Happy to say the little guy is well on the mend.
