I’ve been bringing my son here for the past two years but I’ve never got a bad service like the one I got today from Dr Williams. She seemed so bored and didn’t even do proper examination. The only thing she checked is the sats and temp. She didn’t even bother to know about my son’s history. This was my last time coming there. I’ll take my son to a proper medical centre
I made an appointment for my husband to see a doctor, the lady on the phone was so pleasant I told her it’s our first time and the medical aid we there were no issues… however the lady at the reception was rude as hell…I will never come back there, we ended up walking out and not even seeing a doctor I don’t even think this place deserves 1 star 🌟
My husband & I had an appointment for a vitality health check for 13:00. It is now 13:44 & we haven’t been attended to. This is after being asked to arrive 10 minutes early, at 12:50. The receptionist was incredibly rude & made me run around in circles while filling in forms. Wouldn’t recommend, I can only imagine how hard a 45 minutes wait would be for a sick person.
Bad Receptionist. Horrible attitude. Very unprofessional. Midrand Medical Centre need to get their staff in check.
