The mental health section is a team of great and committed professionals. Bheki is just such a pleasure to deal with and treats patients with respect and timeously. He deserves 5 stars.
I used to be at Centurion Clinic for years and coming to this one I am going to be flat out honest. Surrounding area is filthy, potholes, homeless people blah blah blah. BUT the clinic is amazing! It’s organised, clean, great service, quick. Ridiculous how good the service was here. I highly recommend this clinic to everyone. (Bring your own toilet paper).
The service was excellent you receive a smile from the reception to consultation rooms, they all serve you with a smile first time receiving such great service from a government establishment I must say, you guys are definitely leaving to your values. Special mentions and thankful to sister Kholofelo and sister Lebo y’all are amazing you need to keep up the excellent work.
Waited there for 2hrs after explaining that I am there for a blocked ear only for them to refer me to Thembisa hospital saying there don’t have the machine to help me. What nonsense is that? Worst service ever I got there
