0 stars. I would give them negative minus stars if I could. I saw Dr Hymes, and they charged me an ABSOLUTE FORTUNE. He sent me for an unnecessary test which cost thousands more, despite me saying I didn’t want to pay. I didn’t want to pay just to find out whether I had covid or not, when Covid is not a problem in 2024 but I had an incredibly high fever and heart rate and couldn’t think straight to reason with him. He gave a three day antibiotic which did absolutely NOTHING. I didn’t get better, so I followed up and was offered an asthma pump for my coughing. I said no thanks. They charged me for a three minute phone call after having said that I did NOT want to speak to him if they were going to charge me anything more. Very soon after, I visited another different doctor (Dr Fourie – highly recommend her), as I was still not better, and she sent me STRAIGHT to hospital for bacterial pneumonia, pleurisy, lung infection and low oxygen. And Menlyn Med is STILL sending and RE sending bill after bill after bill to us, even though my Dad keeps sending them his payment notifications, and even though I had said I did NOT want to speak to the doctor for a follow up ABOUT THREE MINUTE PHONECALL if they were going to charge me.

So no thanks to them for all of this. I would not recommend this place to ANYone.
