Exceptional Care and Compassion at Medipark

I recently had an incredible experience with Dr. Hannes Swart and Kyle Cornelius, and I can’t recommend them enough! The care and compassion they showed my son and me was truly remarkable.

Dr. Swart’s expertise and kindness put us at ease, and his dedication to helping us was evident in every interaction. Kyle was equally impressive, providing guidance and support throughout the process.

But also the exceptional service from the two receptionists (whose names I unfortunately didn’t catch). They went above and beyond to assist us, showing empathy and understanding when we needed it most. Their warm smiles and caring demeanor made a difficult situation much more manageable.

The entire team at Medipark tonight has earned our gratitude and trust. Thank you again, Dr. Swart, and the incredible team at Medipark for your outstanding care and compassion.

Will never go there again. No matter how sick I will be

I had the worst experience ever. My appointment was at 16:00. I arrived 10 min early and was told the doctor was running behind and that I will be moved to another doctor. After 45 minutes I approached the receptionist as to enquire to when I would see a doctor. I was then told that the doctor I was moved to is now also running late. After informing the receptionist that I was not happy and telling her that I was in pain. I still had to wait another 45 minutes and I eventually saw a third doctor who pushed me in between his patients. I eventually saw a doctor an hour and a half after my scheduled appointment after being moved to and fro. This is totally unacceptable and I have been experiencing for quite some time now that the doctors is always running late. We, as patients also deserve respect wrt our time and would appreciate punctuality from the practise. I have been a patient of the practise for close to 35 years.

This used to be a good medical practice, but the service is bad they run hours late after your initial appointment that has been booked beforhand, then they change the Dr that tou requested to see without informing you. And also lie when you call and ask about the wait for a walk in.

Sad to know that even after mentioning several disappointments, they just dont even care to correct the service or try to rectify it in any way.

This is why they loose so many clients.

Dr Mohamad is a very good Dr, she is very helpful, good attention to detail, very kind and caring just the best doctor ever thank you so much doctor🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
