Dr James was empathetic and understanding with a wonderful bedside manner. He is patient-centered: he treats his patient with respect and includes them in decision making. The facilities are clean and well equipped. Highly recommended.

The doctors are biast they have the right to discriminate against patients when they are on CALL in lay man’s terms they must tend to emergencies, they don’t take account of their diagnosis especially they rush through patients that keeps coming back or sit and chat 4 and half hour. They harrass you with accounts be it on e mail messages if they could they would hand deliver the account. How small it might be it ca be. An hour after the consultantation you will find the visit has already been sent speed post 📫 to your medical Aid. There are 2-3 Doctors that takes time to examine you listen and understand your problem or problem and don’t just give you a grocery list of antibiotics and book you of work. Since that’s what some patients wants just time off from work. I wil not recommend this practice to anyone not even someone wanting a panado, or a prevention injection go to Rooihuiskraal clinic the service is slow, but it’s free abd they will refer you probably to a Government Hospital, not the greatest food but there are professors and new doctors that’s starting out their medical specialty and they care they do it out of love not for a billed visit like at Medipark24. Take this from a patient of medipark24 for 21 years no more I will do what’s right and the Dr namely Liesel van Scalkwyk, I will report her at the medical council since she was out of line and hell will freeze over Medipark 24 Yours sincerely Retha Jillian Lee vd Merwe

Medipark is great with friendly receptionists and lovely doctors. One in particular does stand out – Dr Anneke du Toit is awesome. She’s understanding, patient, knowledgeable and incredibly kind. We are so fortunate to have such a wonderful family doctor!

Shout out to Medipark

I wanted to take a moment to share my recent experience at your facility. For the first time in a very long while, I witnessed a staff member truly going above and beyond. Shelly at Medipark was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Last night, there was a lady who did not understand English at all, and Shelly did everything she could to assist her. She spent almost 20 minutes helping this lady using a translator on a phone call. Throughout the entire process, Shelly remained calm and patient, never losing her temper.

Her dedication and perseverance were truly impressive. I would have given up after just a few minutes, but Shelly’s commitment to helping the patient was unwavering. This experience reinforced why Medipark is always my first choice for medical assistance.

Well done, Shelly, and thank you to the entire Medipark team for your continued excellence.

I have been to Dr James Zieler twice, among also seeing numerous other Drs here. Dr James is so gentle and kind and makes you feel very comfortable and cared for. I have never had issues with Medipark and now even drive 45 minutes to go here and it is my Doctor Room of choice, and they more often than not run on time whenever I have made a booking.
