Friendly receptionist and informed dentist. Busy but well organized. There are General Practitioners and Dentist available.
The young coloured girl in the front desk whose name start with Zee….is rude and unprofessional. She asked me for filling up of a form to make a file and when returning a form she is telling me you are only coming back from sitting, the bookings are closed. The least she should have done was to inform doctors that there is a patient already filling a form before deciding to close bookings. I had to go back with a very sick patient. Is it normal to return back patients especially a person who has been in the clinic long time ago with a medical card already with every information for a patient to be assisted? This behaviour needs to be prevented by all means. Otherwise your intitution will be subjected to bad reputation and unnecessary litigations.
Dr Zanli Rossouw is an excellent dentist and a thorough professional. She took care of my son as if he was her own. She made sure he is comfortable and explained each step to him in a way he could understand. Her knowledge about her field of work is outstanding. We are very happy with the care and treatment we received from her and would recommend her to everyone.
