What’s the point of making an appointment and then you still need to wait 45 mins to be seen.
Terrible service. Dr Erasmus, has no interest or compassion for her work or patients, was turned away and wont be going back
Booked an appointment when I arrived I was told my name is not available on the bookings, the receptionists gave me a bad attitude and so I had to wait like a everyone else whilst I booked, pathetic service If there was a zero star I would have given it!
Whats the point of making an appointment, 2 and a half hours of waiting with a little one to see a Dr. Pathetic and useless service. Could have just gone to a governement clinic.
What a disaster. Do not go to this medical center unless you want the worst doctors in Krugersdorp. Please just take my word for it
