Some of the staff is excellent and still care about patients. There are however some that are completely disrespectful and treat patients like objects and not human beings.
This Mediclinic is different from the other Mediclinics I have been to, I have never received such bad service from a Mediclinic hospital before.I honestly do not recommend this hospital, and will not come here or bring my kids again unless I don’t have a choice, I would rather try the local government hospital first. I am beyond disappointed.

Not happy with this hospital at all. There was no cold drinks or chips in vending machine… literally just biltong, bar one and nuts. We never got a jug of water and glas. When we ask the staff for something they first looked at each other as if searching for an answer. With a tonsillectomy a hospital usually gives a coke and packet of chips/ice cream/jelly. My daughter only received a sprite as there were nothing else in the kitchen. This makes me sad and angry at the same time because we pay a lot of money to be there.
