I am pregnant and visited my sister in the emergency centre. I asked for a chair, nd was nit given one,because the sister said that they have a special rule that says that “If you’re visiting a patient over the age of 18, you’re not given a chair .”;

I am at meulmed medi clinic and I am receiving very bad service as I brought my brother who says he can’t breathe but the lady at the reception at date 05/06/2024 at 01:30 very rude and unprofessional I would not want to recommend meulmed to anyone because if the first face you see and meet at the emergency is rude and unprofessional not even wearing a name badge I found her out her name is Patricia Khoza
Meulmed staff was friendly and professional. I was assisted with efficiency from the administration side to actually being seen by the doctor. The staff are full of smiles.
