I am changing this from a 1 star to 4 stars. Medi Clinic Medforum acted very swiftly to my complain and I got my document. Thank you so much to Tsholo. I was gonna give it 5 stars but I had to fight. However, I am grateful that they were able to assist me.
We have used Mediclinic Medforum a couple of times and our experiences have been the same, top tier, excellent service. They treat you with respect from the moment you are driving in into the parking, all the way to the Doctors. We feel safe knowing that we receive swift service all the time.

The worst MediClinic 😫 I have been too Our Paed usually admits my child at Muelmed but yesterday it was Medforum from the reception area the wait is long you get to Paediatric ward the worst we sleep on chairs…got admitted at 17:30 yesterday the wrote a shake supplement for my child it’s 13:25 now the shake has not arrived I ask nurses they don’t know anything, Muelmed always accomodates parents from their kitchen to stretcher beds and good service Medforum is the worst they even brought me water without a glass on a jug I told my Dr to transfer should there be an opening in LP or Muelmed I’m definitely not spending 8days here 😀 NB my child is still crying for the milk supplement the drip is beeping with a fault but they are nowhere to be found
