Great services here, clean and my boy is recovering well and he is treated by friendly staff.
Worst experience! My mother is recovering from a brain aneurysm and needs fisio, speech therapy etc. She still has a ventilator tube it and the staff assured us that Mcare is capable of handling patients like this. 3 Days in the facility and we realised that they check on her once a day, got there and she was red in the face and sweating so bad – she was SO hot!!!!!!!
Not capable of looking after patients that cannot help themselves!
