We had an appointment with the doctor we visited before at the dental clinic. The receptionist informed us about the cost of the visit (7,000 kes) in advance, but on the day, the cost was 10,000 and the doctor we booked wasn’t even there. We had to see another doctor who was not that good. I wish they could have informed us that doctor is not available today, we would have rescheduled.
Some staff working in the HRs office are not helpful at all .

Making an appointment 1 week before only to be skipped in the queue by someone who hasn’t even arrived. Please remove the option for appointment because you don’t respect it. And its disrespectful.
Horrible service for such a nice hospital. Checked in, paid and was told to wait with no expected waiting time. Just needed a scan. Thank God it was a life threatening event.
These fools never pick up the phone. And when you go there all the front desk staff are on Instagram frowning when you ask them anything. Terrible service!
