Louis Pasteur Private Hospital

Louis pasture support to be a public hospital. The service is very poor. I got admitted around 14:00 till 16:00 no 1 come to assist me until I decided to discharge myself. There are no drawers, the tables are very old and not working properly. The nurses are not accommodative.

Great attention by the staff, doctor, caring nurses. Thank you for taking care of me in my time of need.

Their service at the Labour and Maternity wards is excellent. I was admitted to give birth to my son on 18 April 2024 and we were both in very good hands.

I’m very much impressed and highly recommend them for mommies to be looking for good hospitals for the birth of their bundles of joy.

Im sooo disappointed in some of their service, the admission was quick and easy to settle as my daughter was referred by a Dr for admission. We arrived around 3 till the next morning no one came to give my child food nor milk! 2nd day I had to ask for milk around 2pm. You always have to run after other stuff members to get what you want…. I must say there 3 stuff members whom I had 0 problem with but the rest was a mess.

The food are the worst,how do you prepare mashed potatoes as starch then again serve potatoes as salad in 1 plate???? They even serve 1 flavored purity veg n fruit salad. Always have to beg for milk to be provided to my daughter n wait for 2 hours after asking for milk.

I can never come back here not even refer anyone!!!

The worst service I have ever experienced. Arrogant staff as if they are offering services for free. I am still to engage the hospital management.
