I phoned to make an appointment to see K. Morse (physio). They chose not to tell me that she didn’t work there anymore, and booked me an appointment with ‘her’. When I realised she was actually at the Concourse Medical Centre, I phone Lonehill to ask why they are lying and attempting to poach clients. Got the phone out down on me. Unprofessional and ethically suspect.
Been taking my whole family to see Dr Cassim since we moved to Fourways in 2010. Honestly the best doctor. Friendly. Straightforward. Honest.
