Terrible!!!!! Such a waste of money ! Took my helper there as she was in a lot of pain, made us wait 45 min, gave her no script or anything just examined her for 5 seconds and made me pay R500 just to tell us she must rather go to the hospital ?? Disgusting treatment, definitely won’t be back
Very useless, I don’t think the guy loved his job. They prioritise money over people’s health. 2 seconds consultation they don’t even want to know your name
I went to Dr Cassim after experiencing excruciating pain that I thought was indigestion and was sent for blood tests and an ultrasound. I was called by the receptionist and told I MUST come back the next day only to be told there’s nothing wrong just “stress”. I then found out that he had not yet received the ultrasound results so I went home and requested them myself. Turns out I have gallstones and it’s not all in my head. I called Dr Cassim who had no interest in seeing the ultrasounds results, and just asked me to read one line, he then gave a number for a specialist who I can’t even use due to not being contracted to the right hospital network. I’m now being charged for a full consultation at his request NOT mine for an incorrect / incomplete diagnosis. This unnecessary consultation cleaned out my MSA. I was just dismissed with no regard for my wellbeing.
Friendly staff and great doctor. What I really like is that he doesn’t prescribe antibiotics unnecessarily and provides helpful advice in addition to prescribing meds.
