Terrible Experience, staff are arrogant and look for every and any excuse to waste time and not assist with medication- would never recommend going here to anyone
The only reason I gave them one star is because there is no option for zero stars.
I have never seen such a poor service, it has taken more than 30 minutes to collect a repeat script. Time to reflect on your customer.
Absolutely shocking experience Rude and arrogant staff refused to give medication, no name tags on staff, staff seemed to be intoxicated or not interested in serving patients. Staff member on duty on the 14th October 2023 at 9pm was slumped over in his chair, argumentative and not supportive. Seems like a government hospital. Someone should investigate this pharmacy urgently.
