i fell with my stomach and im 8 months pregnant i was turned back and told to come back when I have labour pains they didnt check my baby. The nurse was rude and worsely there was no beds
The most RUDE staff I have come across the past Sunday in a Health Care Facility. I noticed the file paperwork generated had a mispelling of my last name. When I requested it rectified on the spot but they totally refused. I am stuck with inaccurate identification and paperwork. It is pathetic!
Receptionist refused, the doctor refused and said it was not her job to intervene. Now I am stuck with a record and Xray that does not have accurate identification. Why are these people so incompetent and inefficient? Nonsense!
