Had a great experience after my caesarean at Wilgers in the maternity ward. The staff and nurses are wonderful, kind and very quick to help you with anything you need, or information. They took incredibly good care of myself and my baby, doing every necessary test, following the best practices that was certainly skipped over by previous hospitals I’ve been in. Overall experience was just fantastic.
We had such a fantastic experience with the birth of our first. Every caregiver in the ward is kind, gentle, understanding and knowledgeable. This type of care is exactly what you need during the extreme vulnerability after labour. Also, the food is great.
I couldn’t be happier about my experience at Life Wilgers Hospital maternity ward. All the health care workers were very friendly and compassionate. I have to mention Sr Annelie Fielies (I think that’s her name) and Sr Almerie for taking such good care of me and baby. You are appreciated! And so are all the health professionals!
The staff working at the Wilgers Maternity Ward are kind and compassionate and helped me with every step taken following the delivery of my first child. With family being unable to visit with COVID restrictions in place, the nursing staff made me feel at home.
Recovery was made easy after my c section and I was taken care of just as well as my baby boy.
Highly recommended to any expectant mothers.
