Was rushed to hospital and admitted that day. The ER was a little slow. But my Surgeon was an amazing person. And the nurses in the surgical ward went above and beyond to help and make sure I was comfortable.

Horrible hospital if you ask me. Even public hospital gives better treatment than this.

I spent 8 hours in Emergency department, staff is super slow, it was not even full.

Theatre staff are so rude and full of attitude. They do not even help you, you will stand for several minutes not knowing where to go and people passing you like fly.

Total waste of money and medical aid.

The Peds ward nurses ? They need to leave their sinking attitude at home and come to work with a better one. Otherwise you shouldn’t have been a nurse of you can’t work with people . This is exactly why I prefer Life Westville hospital then Crompton . I’m here because I kinda didn’t have a choice but I’m definitely never coming back. I just want to get ahold of the management in charge of Peds ward l. I’m not happy at all.

I could’ve received better help at a public hospital. And I know this because my son was admitted in a public hospital for a couple of things including pneumonia. I don’t believe the how little care the staff has for a child. He’s 4 years old. I complained he’s had a cough for two weeks and has been to the doctor but he seems to be getting worse. The doctor says she won’t be admitting him because we don’t have a history of TB, huge incorrect assumption because his grandparents both had TB and my son himself has a history of pneumonia. Only then did she suggest we get an x-ray commenting she thinks he’ll be fine after I explained we had a sleepless night. My son was discharged with a prescription for ALERGEX!! are you kidding me. I traveled at night for ALERGEX. Right now it’s 03:00 am I’ve been up since 02:00 because of this cough that’ll be cured by alergex, well according to the doctor at Crompton who saw us last night. I’m 7 months pregnant and thought I’d give birth there. It’ll be a cold day in hell if I have to go back there. The incompetence is unbelievable. After so many cough cases where it seems fine but because no necessary medical attention was given people don’t make it, this doctor has the nerve to send home a toddler after the mother has explained how serious the cough gets.
