Went in yesterday for Vertebroplasty and had a bid of a shaky start because you have to park outside at 05h00 and then a golf cart takes you to reception due to renovations and I was not dressed warm. But then everything changed admitted within 5 minutes and had a warm welcome at ward 1. I never had to wait to get assistance when I needed to use the bathroom they were there at the press of the button. Did not have to ask for pain medication they knew exactly when it had to be admitted. Food was excellent, theatre staff very friendly. All in all a very good experience. Thank you so much

My husband had a fusion with Dr T Kruger. What an absolute wonderful experience even though back operations always seem very daunting. It clearly doesn’t have to be. All the staff were friendly and helpfull.
