My experience at the hospital yesterday was rather average honestly.
Firstly, I was told to arrive at 6am for my daughter’s scheduled surgery at the theatre. I did as I was told and arrived on time, the lady at the reception area Chante was professional and made all the paperwork a breeze to get through.
I was initially told the surgery would take 45 mins upon completion of the paperwork.
Now tell me why I waited approximately 3 hours with my hungry toddler whom I had to wake up at the wee hours of the morning without any solid update from the staff??
Clear communication from the hospital staff would’ve been appreciated. Besides this unfortunate event the staff was friendly and professional on overall.
It’s my first time here at life cosmos hospital (19/07/2024) and it was a nice experience.
The hospitality is excellent, the service is wonderful and the nurses are nice as well. Great Private hospital
